OVERVIEW

Bwindi is a beautiful impenetrable forest, famous for its rich, inviting bio- diversity. The most prominent residents are the mountain gorillas that live within its borders. The forest has been recognized by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization as a World Heritage Site for its biological significance. The forest contains a variety of wildlife about 160 tree species and120 mammal species like the olive baboons, red-tailed monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys, blue monkeys, L’Hoest’s monkey among others.  it is located in South Western region of Uganda in Kanungu district, on the edge of the Albertine Rift valley south of ishaha and north of Kisoro, the area is seated on …331…. sq km

Welcome to the vibrant city of Kampala. Once your flight lands at the Entebbe International Airport, the representative from Finfoot tours and Consultants will welcome you at the arrival gate, walk you to the car for the briefing and then transfer you to your hotel in Kampala, upon reaching the Hotel our representative will assist you as you check in for the day, then you freshen up, rest, relax and enjoy the rest of your leisure time within the city.

DAY ONE; Transfer from Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest N, P

On this day, you’ll wake up early freshen up, have your breakfast and our representative will assist you in checking out then drive you from Kampala to Bwindi. On the journey we will have a stopover at Kayabwe for some photos at the Equator for some minutes then continue with the drive, after hours of driving we’ll have a lunch break in Mbarara at one of the best restaurants and relax. we’ll then continue to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park. check in with the booked accommodation freshen up later have dinner and the overnight.

DAY TWO;

We’ll start our day with an early bird breakfast, after we have a simple briefing and then you will start your adventure through the trails of the forest as trek gorillas. With the ever green thick under growth lies a variety of wildlife, you will be advised to pack your lunch during your trekking since gorillas never stay in one place, we’ll trek for   about a half a day as we explore other forest residents like black and white coulombs, L’Hoest’s monkeys, blue monkeys, Olive monkeys and some bird species like Hornbills, African green broadbill, hamming birds, many more. Then head back to the lodge freshen up later we go for nature walk and Batwa cultural encounter in the evening as we enjoy the view of the sunset. Head back to the lodge to have dinner, rest as the following day awaits

DAY THREE

Early morning next day, we are expected to have breakfast as we have those last breath-taking moments in Bwindi’s residence then check out of the lodge and embark on our journey back to Kampala. We are expected to make a number of stop overs for snacks, photos and then lunch. We are expected to reach the hotel in time. This marks the end of your adventure.
